Our partner Hogan Lovells knows women can unlock tremendous value in every part of the world. It backed this commitment through a three year plan to empower woman and girls. Why? Glad you asked. Click here.

This photo is so unbelievable. Its has be photoshopped. I’m a welder no one can weld without safety gear without getting burned. Her arms are totally exposed no gloves no shaded eye wear her clothes are flammable.

Thanks for checking out the site. We have video of welding too. Welcome to the dangers of training, empowering and releasing opportunity for women in the poorest regions of the world. In Zanzibar the women have to make their own bee suits from discarded boat sales even though many stings can cause someone to become ill or die. The dangers and wounds of welding are very real. It is very unbelievable, but in all the best ways. Seeing a women rise from living on less than $1 a day to become a solar engineer and leader of her male-dominated community, that’s unbelievable too but it’s exactly why this film will be so inspiring when it is released!
